How a Multi-Marketplace Reseller Cut Supplier Research From About 15 Minutes a Lead to One Paste, on a Tool He Owns, With No Monthly Fee
Granite International sells electronics, apparel, and home devices across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart and is always opening new wholesale accounts. Every new supplier meant the same manual loop: find the site, dig for a real business email, figure out what they sell, write a personalized opener. Adam Balogh wanted a reusable tool, not a service he would depend on. Epiphany Dynamics built one that runs on his own machine.
"I am not looking for a service where I send a list and receive the results back manually."

Granite International LLC
His brief was specific: organized, async, a tool he owns, and code a non-developer can maintain. His reply to the proposal carried the same line: he wanted a system he fully owns and can reuse, not a manual service.
Granite International LLC sells electronics, apparel, and home devices across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, and positions itself to manufacturers as a market-validation and launch partner for entering US and EU marketplaces. Growth in that model is a function of supplier count, and wholesale sourcing guides put the funnel plainly: 20 to 30% of contacted suppliers respond, about half of those talk, and 30 to 50% of conversations approve an account, so 50 contacts yield roughly 3 to 4 accounts over 2 to 6 weeks. He did not want to rent the top of that funnel. The tool runs on his machine, with his own API key, and he holds the code.
One URL in, one finished message out. The tool crawls five pages per supplier (home, contact, about, support, and footer), with a rendered-page fallback for JavaScript-heavy sites. From what it reads it pulls a general business email and records the page it was found on, assigns up to two product categories, writes one personalized opener from the site's own content, and fills Adam's template.
General inboxes are ranked above personal addresses, and when there is no email it says email not found instead of guessing.
Adam's outreach message lives in a config file with placeholders, so changing the pitch never means changing code.
Seven failure modes each get their own plain-English message: invalid URL, missing key, bot-protected site, no email found, scrape failure, enrichment failure, and template failure. A bot-protected site is flagged for manual review rather than forced, which matters when 25.6% of all websites sit behind Cloudflare. Source: W3Techs, September 2026.
Adam asked for exactly that behavior during the build. He tested each phase against real supplier sites and pushed the AI opener from too enthusiastic to shorter, neutral, and factual.
$0 a month to Epiphany Dynamics. The tool runs on Adam's own machine with his own API key, and nothing is billed monthly.
Comparable email-finder subscriptions run $39 to $59 a month at the entry tier, or $468 to $708 a year. Source: Hunter, Snov, and Apollo pricing pages, 2026.

The engagement covered three phases of the tool: crawling and email extraction, AI categorization and personalization, and the template engine. A follow-on phase took the workflow out of the terminal and into a browser interface.
"Patrick communicates clearly, understands requirements quickly, and delivers exactly what we discuss. The system he built is already working well and bringing real value. It's been a professional and efficient collaboration, and I'm happy to continue working with him on the next steps."
